Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and clear photos of the item and its original packaging to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the product in its original box, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
